Account and data deletion

How to request deletion
Send an email to butokugame@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion".
Include your Player ID in the message. You can find it in two places:

• open Settings in the game — the ID is shown at the bottom as ID: 12345
• or open your profile — the ID is under your character's name

Without this number we cannot identify your account.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once the data has been deleted.
What is deleted
The account and everything attached to it:

• character name and player identifier
• all progress: level, experience, equipment, currencies, battle and league results
• league standings and matchmaking rating
• the link to your Google Play Games account
• your chosen country and game settings

This cannot be undone. Purchases made in the game cannot be refunded or moved to another account after deletion.
What is kept, and for how long
Purchase records. We are required to keep records of payments for accounting and tax purposes for the period set by law. After deletion they are no longer linked to your name or game profile.
Anonymised statistics. Information about how the game is played overall, with no link to any individual. It cannot be traced back to a person.
Data held by other services
Some information is not held by us and has to be removed where it lives:

• Google Play Games — account link and achievements, managed in your Google account settings
• App store — purchase history is kept by Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Store under their own policies
• Advertising services — these use your device's advertising identifier, which you can reset or switch off in your phone settings under Google → Ads
